responsAbility Investments AG has appointed Nadia Nikolova as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
She will take office on 1 September 2025, joining from Allianz Global Investors, where she was Head of Direct Lending, responsible for managing private credit teams across Europe and Asia with over EUR 11 billion in assets under management.
Rochus Mommartz, who has led responsAbility since 2016, has decided to retire at the end of the year after more than two decades with the company.
Nadia Nikolova brings over a decade of experience in private markets and impact investing. In 2019, she established Allianz Global Investors’ sustainable and impact credit investment team.

Gaw Capital appoints data centre platform head
Gaw Capital Partners, a Hong Kong-based multi-asset investment management firm, has announced the appointment of Nicholas Toh as Managing Director – Head of Data Centre Platform, Asia (Ex-China).
Based in Singapore, Toh will focus on Pan Asia data centre investments and asset management, leading the firm’s strategy across the region.
Before joining Gaw Capital, he served as Asia General Manager at Edgnex Data Centres by DAMAC, Group Chief Executive Officer at DCI Data Centres, and was a founding member of both ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) and Securus Data Property Fund (now Keppel DC REIT).
