Glints chief executive officer Oswald Yeo will be stepping down into the role of executive chairman, while Oaktree Capital has named Alex Prout as its head of marketing in APAC.
Glints CEO Oswald Yeo to step down
Oswald Yeo, the co-founder and CEO of Southeast Asian career and recruitment platform Glints, announced that he will be stepping down into the role of executive chairman after more than a decade at the helm.
He will be succeeded by Dylan Huang, who joined the company in 2022 and most recently served as vice president of its talent platform.
“This move has been carefully considered and thoughtfully planned, and I have every confidence in Dylan’s leadership and vision for Glints’ next chapter,” Yeo said in a LinkedIn post.
Dylan will lead the day-to-day operations and execution, while Yeo said he will focus on exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation and leading corporate development.
Founded in 2015 by Yeo, Ying Cong Seah, and Qin En Looi, Glints has grown from a three-person startup in a Jakarta shophouse into a regional recruitment platform with over 650 employees across seven countries.
The company says it supports more than 10 million professionals and works with over 60,000 employers across Southeast Asia.
