India Deal Monitor: BlackSoil backs Brinton Pharma and more updates

Brinton Pharmaceuticals has raised about $1.35 million (Rs 10 crore) in debt funding from Mumbai based non-banking financial company BlackSoil Capital, per an announcement.

The company will use the funds for its growth plans, the company said in a statement.

Pune-based Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd is engaged in the marketing and distribution of branded generic drugs and differentiated brands with a focus on niche therapeutic segments, including dermatology, gynecology, anti-diabetic therapy, cardiac therapy, among others.

The company also counts Beta TC Holdings Pte Ltd and India Alternatives Private Equity Fund among its list of backers.
