The Washington University in St. Louis has joined the cap table of Singapore-based fintech firm Surfin Meta Digital Technologies. A recent filing with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) showed that the startup allotted preference shares worth $7 million to the US academic institution.
