Uniphore, one of the world’s largest AI-native companies, has raised $260 million in its Series F round as it looks to expand its operations, according to a statement.
The round included strategic investors such as NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, alongside financial and sovereign investors like NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures.
The company, established in 2008, maintains dual headquarters in Palo Alto, California, and Chennai (India).
“Our Series F raise marks an exciting milestone for Uniphore. It is unlike most fundraises because, in addition to top-tier financial investors, we are joined by the world’s top AI and data companies,” said Umesh Sachdev, co-founder and CEO at Uniphore, in a statement.
The latest funding will support Uniphore’s expansion and further development of its business AI cloud platform, which serves over 2,000 global enterprises, including several Fortune 500 companies.
With the investment, Uniphore’s current valuation stands at $2.5 billion.
Uniphore develops technology that enables businesses to integrate AI into their workflows and enterprise systems. It claims to serve over 2,000 enterprises worldwide and counts clients such as Allstate, Dell, Priceline, and The Washington Post, among others.
