TPG has hired Maybank and UBS to explore options for Asia OneHealthcare, two sources with knowledge of the matter said on Thursday, including a domestic listing that could value the Malaysia-based hospital operator at about 30 billion ringgit ($7.5 billion).

Bloomberg reported earlier that TPG had picked advisers for the sale or listing of Asia OneHealthcare.

Asia OneHealthcare said it does not comment on market speculation or unverified reports. TPG declined to comment, while Maybank and UBS said they have no comment.

Asia OneHealthcare, formerly known as Columbia Asia Healthcare, has 31 hospitals across Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, its website shows.

TPG entered the business in 2019 when it teamed up with Malaysia’s Hong Leong Group to buy Columbia Asia Hospitals’ Southeast Asian operations for about $1.2 billion.
