TPG, Affinity-owned UTAC files for $350m listing on New York Stock Exchange

Singapore based chip company UTAC Holdings Ltd has filed for a $350 million initial public offering in the US. The company, last week, filed a F-1 form with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), for listing on the New York Stock Exchange. It did not provide additional details.
