ByteDance-owned short video app TikTok is set to take a majority stake in Tokopedia, part of Indonesia-listed digital group PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, as part of a major cooperation between two of the country’s most popular platforms, according to a statement on Monday.
