People Digest: Tessa Therapeutics, Cakap, Raffles Family Office announce key hires

Temasek-backed Tessa Therapeutics has named Thomas Willemsen as its president and chief executive officer; Indonesia’s edtech platform Cakap has appointed Gita Wirjawan, Minister of Trade (2011-2014), as a member of the board of commissioners; and Hong Kong-based Raffles Family Office (RFO) has appointed Joe Kwan as its latest managing partner.
