Singapore state investor Temasek said on Wednesday it had launched two US dollar-denominated bonds under its $25 billion medium-term note programme.
A Temasek unit will issue two 2-year US dollar bonds with fixed and floating interest rates, which will be offered to qualified institutional investors in the United States and non-US persons outside of the US, according to the statement.
Net proceeds from the bonds will be used to fund the investor and its subsidiaries’ business operations, Temasek said in a statement, without providing details on orders.
Citi CN, Bank of America BAC.N, Morgan Stanley MS.N and Societe Generale SOGN.PA are the joint bookrunners.
