India Digest: StayVista raises $4.6m; KKR plans fund-to-fund transfer of Lighthouse Learning

StayVista, India’s villa rental platform, has raised over Rs 40 crore ($4.6 million) in Series B funding, led by JSW Ventures. Separately, KKR is in advanced stages of an internal realignment exercise to transfer Lighthouse Learning (formerly EuroKids International) from one fund to another, MoneyControl reported.
