Snabbit, an on-demand home services app, has secured $19 million in a Series B funding round led by venture capital firm Lightspeed, according to an official announcement.
The round also saw participation from existing investors Elevation Capital and Nexus Venture Partners, both of whom backed the company in its earlier round.
This latest investment closely follows Snabbit’s $5.5 million Series A round in January, which was led by Elevation Capital and also included Nexus Venture Partners.
With the new funding, Snabbit plans to accelerate its expansion across major Indian metro cities and enter over 200 micro-markets within the next nine months, the company said.
“At Snabbit, we’re leading the biggest disruption in Indian consumer internet today, fundamentally changing how households access regular services,” said Aayush Agarwal, founder and CEO. “While ride-hailing transformed mobility and e-commerce reshaped fashion, regular home services remained largely undigitized…The need is universal, the category is massive, and we’re just getting started.”
Founded in 2024 by Aayush Agarwal, Snabbit delivers on-demand home services through a hyperlocal network of trained professionals concentrated in dense residential areas. Currently operating in Mumbai, the platform specialises in services such as cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing. Snabbit aims to connect users with reliable house help in under 10 minutes, offering convenience and speed as its core value proposition.
“Snabbit’s hyperlocal model is cracking the code in one of India’s most complex and underserved categories. Their rapid growth underscores both the scale of unmet demand and their ability to convert a trust-deficit sector into a seamless, on-demand experience,” said Manish Advani, Principal, Elevation Capital, said.
