Indonesian e-commerce enabler SIRCLO acquires Warung Pintar

Indonesian e-commerce enabler SIRCLO is acquiring Warung Pintar, the country’s first roadside shop-focused startup, as part of the efforts to help more businesses go digital, the companies announced in a statement on Wednesday. They did not disclose the transaction value.
