Flipkart co-founder and former CEO Sachin Bansal has reportedly acquired DHFL General Insurance from Wadhawan Group Capital (WGC) for about $14 million. In another deal in the insurance space, HDFC has completed the acquisition of 51.16 per cent stake in Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company.
