Berger Paints India is set to acquire 95.53% stake in STP Ltd for an enterprise value of about $23.5 million. On the other hand, cloud-kitchen brand Rebel Foods is close to investing Rs 35 crore (about $5 million) in Dropkaffe Food and Beverages, while InCred has raised Rs 15 crore in secured NCDs.
