Japan's Mynavi Corp. buys Indonesian digital content platform Sribu

Jakarta-based Sribu, a platform that connects freelancers to companies looking for marketing solutions, has been acquired by the Japanese HR company Mynavi Corporation. The acquisition of the majority stake in Sribu was completed last year, according to an announcement on Wednesday.
