Private equity firm Advent International-backed Manjushree Technopack Ltd (MTL), India’s largest rigid-plastics packaging company, is entering into a business transfer agreement with Classy Kontainers to acquire its commercial operations and manufacturing facilities, the company said in a statement on Monday.
