Philippines: Manila Water completes stake buy in Thai firm; Pension fund to auction $384m property

Manila Water said it has successfully acquired 18.72 per cent of Thailand’s East Water while Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), the pension fund for government workers in the Philippines, is selling a prime property for a minimum of P20 billion ($384 million).
