L Catterton's SPAC files final prospectus for planned merger with EV maker Lotus Tech

L Catterton Asia Acquisition (LCAA), the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) of consumer-focused private equity firm L Catterton Asia, has filed the final prospectus with the US regulator for its proposed merger with Lotus Technology, the luxury electric vehicle arm of sports car brand Lotus.
