KKR India NBFC unit ties up with Tranzmute Capital for business management services

Private equity giant KKR‘s Indian non-banking financial company, KKR India Financial Services (KIFS) is partnering with business advisory firm Tranzmute Capital & Management to provide business management and transformation services to Indian companies in addition to restructuring and turnaround services to stressed companies.
