Japanese Sojitz Corp acquires over 95% stake in Saigon Paper

Japanese trading company Sojitz Corporation (Sojitz) has acquired 95.24 per cent stake in Saigon Paper Corporation (SGP), one of Vietnam’s largest paper manufacturers, as it plans to expand into the Southeast Asia market.
