Japanese PE firm J-STAR acquires fashion retailer WEGO

Japanese private equity firm J-STAR has announced that it has acquired Tokyo-based fashion retailer WEGO Co Ltd which has 185-store network in the country with annual sales of over 35 billion yen ($308.7 million).
