Indonesia’s Business Competition Supervisory Commission (known as KPPU) has imposed a Rp 3.3 billion ($228,456) fine on ride-hailing giant Gojek for a delay in notifying the acquisition of event management and ticketing firm PT Global Loket Sejahtera (Loket.com), per an official statement.
