India Digest: Presolv360, TERN Group raise funds

Online dispute resolution (ODR) platform Presolv360 has raised $4.7 million in its Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital, while TERN Group has secured $24 million in Series A funding led by Notion Capital.

Online dispute resolution (ODR) platform Presolv360 has raised $4.7 million in its Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital, it announced on Wednesday.

The funding also saw participation from existing investor, MGA Ventures, and a consortium of angel investors.

The capital proceeds will be deployed towards market expansion,  advancing technology and AI capabilities, and building a world-class team, the startup said in a statement.

“Our vision extends beyond just resolving disputes. Dispute resolution was our starting point, and today, the broader opportunity lies in building end-to-end infrastructure by blending the latest technologies and human ingenuity that will revolutionize the global dispute resolution landscape,” said Namita Shah, CEO, Presolv360.

Since its inception, Presolv360 claims to have resolved over a million disputes, engaging 2.5 million+ disputing parties across 12,000+ pin codes.

Notion Capital leads $24m funding in TERN Group

TERN Group, a UK-based clinical AI workforce platform with a significant presence in India, has raised $24 million in Series A funding led by Notion Capital.

The funding also saw participation from RTP Global, LocalGlobe, EQ2 Ventures, Leo Capital, PreSight Capital, Lord David Prior (former NHS chairman and UK Deputy Health Secretary), the CEO of AXA Health, and Tom Stafford (Co-founder of DST Global), per a company statement.

TERN Group will utilise the funds to expand its operations in the UK and enhance its partnerships with NHS Trusts and care organisations. The company will also accelerate the development of its clinical AI workforce platform, focusing on compliance automation, workforce planning, and system integrations.
