ID Digest: Telkom, Indosat in pact; Meratus customers to get invoice financing

Two Indonesian telecom firms have collaborated to form an Interconnected Internet Exchange (IX) ecosystem while Bank Mandiri and Modal Rakyat, a peer-to-peer lending firm, have collaborated to disburse invoice financing to Meratus Group customers.
