Hyflux under criminal investigation for suspected disclosure breaches

Hyflux and its current and former directors are under criminal investigation for suspected false and misleading statements and accounting issues, the Singapore Police Force (SPF), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) said in a joint statement Tuesday.
