GoTo hits positive adjusted EBITDA in Q4, completes Tokopedia-TikTok transaction

The GoTo Group has achieved positive adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2023 while surpassing the upper limit of its full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance range, the company said on Wednesday.
