Arkam, 3one4 Capital lead funding in Fyno

Fyno, an intelligent communication hub built to simplify and scale enterprise messaging, has secured $4 million in funding co-led by Arkam Ventures and 3one4 Capital, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The firm will use the funds to strengthen its AI capabilities, scale go-to-market efforts in India and other emerging markets, deepen product functionality, build a hybrid infrastructure across on-premise and multi-cloud environments, and support large-scale transformation and enterprise deployments, the statement added.

Founded in 2022 by Aniketh Jain and Ashish Agarwal, Fyno has built a compliance-first communication infrastructure designed for banks, financial services, and NBFCs. The company is officially launching its platform with a target of reaching $5 million in ARR by FY 27.

In 2025 alone, Fyno claims to have processed over five billion communications across multiple channels. Since its inception, it has signed on 45 banks, NBFCs, and fintech clients, including Karnataka Gramin Bank and Lendingkart.

Peak XV’s Surge lead funding in Ignosis

Ahmedabad-headquartered Ignosis, an enterprise-first account aggregator (AA) infrastructure and financial data intelligence platform, has raised $4 million in its pre-Series A round led by Peak XV’s Surge.

The funding also saw participation from Force Ventures, Razorpay Ventures, Kunal Shah of Cred, and other existing investors, the startup said in a statement.

Ignosis will deploy the capital to scale its engineering, business, and compliance teams in support of customers across India’s evolving financial ecosystem. Key growth priorities include driving hyper-personalisation through financial data intelligence and building finance-specific LLMs and agentic AI use cases for BFSI, the statement added.

Founded by Nirav Prajapati and Chintan Sheth, Ignosis’ AI analytics platform provides income verification, intelligent collections, spend analysis, portfolio/wealth insights, hyper-personalised nudges, along with risk and fraud signals.

Fundamental VC leads funding in SuperFam

SuperFam, a privacy-first app for families, has raised $400,000 in its pre-seed funding round led by Fundamental VC, with participation from Untitled Ventures and SSV Fund.

The investment will accelerate product development and user acquisition, the startup said in a statement.

SuperFam provides a single, unified platform to manage everything for families. The app helps families with household finances, location, daily collaboration, and serves as a single place for family documents & information – including a ‘family vault’ which safeguards and shares asset information with family members in emergencies.

Since its launch in March 2025, SuperFam.App claims to have achieved remarkable market traction with over 30,000 active users and is currently available on both Android and iOS platforms.
