ESR closes Japan Logistics Fund III with initial $1.8b investment capacity

Warburg Pincus-backed pan-Asia logistics real estate platform ESR on Monday announced the closing of ESR Japan Logistics Fund 3 (RJLF3), focusing on the development of large-scale, state-of-the-art logistics facilities in the largest metropolitan areas of Japan.
