ESR expands Japan Logistics Fund III to $1.35b

Pan-Asia logistics real estate platform ESR announced that it has upsized ESR Japan Logistics Fund III (RJLF3) from 75 billion yen ($675 million) to 150 billion yen in total capital commitment.
