India Digest: Divi's, Fidelity in race for Orchid; Aurobindo, Motherson in M&A

Divi’s Laboratories, Gland Celsus Bio Chemicals and Fidelity have entered the fray to take over Orchid Pharma. Separately, Aurobindo Pharma has completed the acquisition of portfolio of seven marketed oncology injectable products from Spectrum while Motherson Rolling Stock Systems (MRSS) is acquiring Bombardier’s assets in connection with the production and installation of electrical components and systems.
