The bookbuilding period is scheduled for June 19–24, 2025, followed by the public offering from July 2–4, 2025. The company is expected to be listed on the IDX on July 8, 2025.

CDI plans to allocate 872 billion rupiah from the IPO proceeds to its subsidiaries, PT Chandra Shipping International (CSI) and PT Marina Indah Maritim (MIM), to finance vessel purchases and operational expenses. Meanwhile, nearly 1.5 trillion rupiah will be injected into its port and storage subsidiary, PT Chandra Samudera Port, to fund the construction of storage tanks, ethylene pipelines, and other supporting facilities.
