Bukalapak forms limited partnership with 500 Southeast Asia to invest in early-stage startups

Indonesia-listed e-commerce company Bukalapak has signed a “Subscription Agreement for a Limited Partnership Interest” in 500 Southeast Asia II, L.P, according to a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
