Chinese internet search giant Baidu has inked an agreement on Tuesday to spend 600 million yuan ($86 million) for a minority stake in Shenzhen-listed IT solutions provider Yusys Technologies, as it seeks to partner with the company in the fields of financial cloud, big data, AI and blockchain.
