Guangzhou-headquartered textile-focused business-to-business (B2B) service platform Baibu has inked agreements to acquire two textile-related companies, Suzhou Juxi Information Technology Co., Ltd and Guangzhou FeiZhou Mdt InfoTech Ltd, also known as Zhilianwang, according to a company announcement on Thursday.
