Asia Digest: Higgz Academia to raise new round; Vietnam's Tepbac bags $2.25m

Singapore-based edtech startup Higgz Academia is looking at a valuation of $100 million in a new funding round while Vietnamese shrimp farming platform Tepbac secures $2.25 million in fresh money.
