Ascendas-Singbridge selling 45% stake in Shanghai assets to Mitsui

Singapore-based Ascendas-Singbridge Group is selling a 45 per cent stake in its Ascendas Innovation Place and Ascendas Plaza projects in Shanghai to Japanese conglomerate Mitsui & Co (Mitsui), marking the two firm’s first collaboration in China.
