Singapore state investor Temasek is marketing a 10-year Singapore dollar bond at an initial price guidance of about 2.7%, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.

The fixed-rate bond, due in 2036, will be issued by Temasek Financial (I), Temasek’s wholly owned unit. The final size and interest rate have not been set.

Temasek said in a statement the bond will be issued under the $30 billion global medium-term note programme of Temasek Financial (I). Temasek will unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee the debt.

Moody’s rates Temasek Aaa and S&P Global Ratings rates it AAA, Temasek said.

Temasek Financial (I) will pass the net proceeds to Temasek and its investment holding companies to fund normal business activities, Temasek said.
