Indian appliances maker Atomberg Technologies has filed for an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of shares worth up to 4.5 billion rupees ($47.02 million) and an offer for sale of up to 76.5 million shares from existing investors, its draft papers showed on Friday.
The company did not specify the IPO size.
A91 Emerging Fund I LLP, V-Sciences Investments, Jungle Ventures IV and Inflexor Opportunities Fund 1 are among the investors selling shares.
India’s consumer appliances market is estimated at $4.69 billion in fiscal 2026, per the draft papers.
The market is shifting towards next-generation, energy-efficient products, with rising incomes, urbanisation and premiumisation driving demand for fans, water purifiers and motorised kitchen appliances, the draft papers said.
Atomberg makes consumer appliances such as fans, smart locks, water purifiers and cold-pressed juicers.
It also makes and supplies motor and electronics components to enterprise customers such as Voltas, Godrej and Blue Star
Atomberg plans to use 3.4 billion rupees from the IPO proceeds to repay debt, fund brand-building and invest in research and development.
Atomberg‘s revenue from operations rose to 12.94 billion rupees in fiscal 2026 from 7.97 billion rupees in fiscal 2024.
It operates via 626 distributors and direct dealers, nearly 47,000 retail touchpoints and a service network covering over 18,000 pin codes across India, as of March 31, 2026.
