Australia’s Telstra Ventures raises $50m sidecar fund

Telstra Ventures, the VC arm of Australian telecom company Telstra, has raised $50 million for a sidecar fund that will invest alongside Telstra Ventures Fund II, according to its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
