Xora Innovation leads $19.3m funding in NeuBird AI
Singapore-headquartered Xora Innovation has led a $19.3-million investment in NeuBird AI, a US-based creator of agentic AI for production operations, according to an announcement.
This oversubscribed funding round was also joined by existing investors, including Mayfield, StepStone Group, Prosperity7 Ventures, and M12, Microsoft’s venture fund.
The company will use the capital to accelerate product innovation, aggressively scale its global go-to-market efforts, and expand accessibility for enterprise DevOps, SRE and IT operations teams, as enterprises running complex, multi-cloud infrastructure need to shift focus from reactive patching to proactive resolutions.
NeuBird AI is redefining production operations by replacing reactive, manual workflows with an autonomous production ops agent that reasons across telemetry sources, correlates signals, and delivers root cause analysis (RCA) and remediation in real time, without waiting for an engineer.
Wavemaker Impact invests in Muun AI’s pre-seed round
Wavemaker Impact, Southeast Asia’s climate-tech venture build fund, has invested $700,000 in the pre-seed round of Muun AI, an AI company building industrial intelligence systems, according to an announcement.
Founded by Kathryn Knight — a Silicon Valley AI veteran who holds three machine learning patents — Muun AI has developed a platform that reads data from industrial machines in real time, converting raw telemetry into ranked, confidence-scored operational insights.
In a live proof of concept at a Singapore manufacturing facility, the platform identified between 2,800 and 4,200 hours of operational inefficiencies recoverable without changes to existing workflows.
At the core of Muun AI’s platform is a proprietary industrial data-labelling engine that automatically labels and contextualises raw sensor data — temperature, pressure, timing — without requiring historical data or pre-training.
Muun AI is already running on live production data in an active Singapore manufacturing facility. With its pre-seed round closed, the company will expand its AI team and scale live engagements across manufacturing and other energy intensive sectors, converting active pilots into long-term commercial partnerships.
