India: SoftBank-backed SBG Cleantech in talks with Brookfield to raise up to $600m

SBG Cleantech, a renewable energy joint venture (JV) between Japanese behemoth SoftBank Group and India’s Bharti Enterprises, is in talks with Canadian investment fund Brookfield to raise $500-600 million, per a report by The Economic Times.
