Raise Financial Services, backed by investors such as Hornbill Capital and MUFG, has acquired algorithmic investing and trading platform Stratzy, per an announcement.
Raise Financial runs and operates platforms like Dhan, India’s fastest growing stock trading platform; Fuzz AI, Upsurge, Filter Coffee, and now Stratzy.
Stratzy is an algorithm-based trading platform that offers over 100 ready-made strategies across stocks, indices, futures and options, and commodities. It makes automated trading easier by letting users pick and use pre-built strategies.
The company plans to grow its platform and products to help more people trade in a structured way using data, AI, and system-driven methods.
Established in January 2021, Raise is developing a comprehensive ecosystem of tech-driven financial solutions. It raised $120 million in its last funding round in 2025, led by Hornbill Capital, with support from MUFG, BEENEXT, and other well-known investors.
With the funding, Dhan had entered the coveted unicorn club, garnering a valuation of $1.2 billion.
The current acquisition is in line with Raise’s strategy to expand its technology-led play in the capital markets space.
The company has recently launched offerings such as the DEXT T3 trading terminal and a finance-focused AI model.
With Stratzy, Raise is set to strengthen its algorithmic trading capabilities while making rule-based investment strategies more accessible to a broader set of users, it said in a statement.
Post-acquisition, Stratzy will continue to operate independently, with its founders and team focusing on expanding the platform and its product offerings.
