China’s Qiming Venture Partners files to raise $1.4b for new fund

Qiming Venture Partners, a venture capital (VC) firm that has backed some of China’s biggest tech companies, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to raise $1.4 billion for a new fund.
