Manulife Hong Kong and Macau appoints next CEO
Manulife Hong Kong and Macau has appointed Wilton Kee as its next CEO, succeeding Patrick Graham, subject to regulatory approval, as the insurer reshuffles its senior leadership team as part of a broader succession plan.
Kee, currently deputy CEO and CFO, will assume the role effective July 1, 2026. The appointment reflects Manulife’s focus on leadership continuity and long-term growth in Hong Kong and Macau, one of its key Asian markets.
“Wilton’s appointment underscores our continued focus on disciplined execution, a diversified business model, and our long-term commitment to customers in one of our largest markets in Asia,” Steve Finch, president and CEO of Manulife Asia, said in a statement.
Kee joined Manulife in 2013 and has held senior roles spanning pricing, product, health, and finance across Hong Kong and Macau. He previously served as chief product officer and head of health before being appointed CFO in 2022. In March 2026, he additionally took on the role of deputy CEO.
According to the company, Kee has played a key role in strengthening management oversight, advancing strategic priorities, and supporting the insurer’s market position in Hong Kong and Macau.
