Endeavor Catalyst, the venture capital fund of US-based Endeavor, has closed its fifth fund at $320 million, lifting its assets under management to more than $850 million, according to an announcement.
The venture capital firm said Endeavor Catalyst Fund V allows it to step up its focus on Asia and other emerging startup markets.
The oversubscribed fund brings Endeavor Catalyst’s portfolio to 437 companies across 44 markets, including 83 companies valued at more than $1 billion and 39 exits.
The firm has deployed more than $500 million across 469 investments, including follow-on rounds, per the announcement.
In Asia, Endeavor Catalyst has invested $46.8 million across 44 companies in six markets, including Southeast Asian companies such as Bukalapak, Advance Intelligence Group, and Carsome. The portfolio has one company valued at more than $1 billion.
Fund V has already invested $55.7 million through 32 investments in 30 companies, including Replit, Moove, Preply, Cashea, Respond.io, HappyRobot, Flash, and Lunar Outpost.
The firm said it has had no liquidity events in Asia since 2025, but activity in its regional pipeline has increased after several quieter years, making Asia a priority for Fund V.
“2025 was a ‘wait and see’ year for investment in Asia, but we’re expecting companies to scale up, merge, list, and exit at a faster pace in the coming years,” said Caela Tanjangco, head of Asia at Endeavor Catalyst.
Endeavor Catalyst invests in companies led by Endeavor Entrepreneurs and alongside other venture capital and growth equity firms. In 2022, it secured the final closing of Fund IV at $292 million, above the initial target of $200-250 million.
The firm’s Global Hub in Singapore, launched in 2026, is expected to anchor its regional operations and connect founders with investors, mentors and operators across Endeavor’s network.
“Asia has never been short of founders with global ambition,” said Nadir Zafar, managing director of Endeavor’s Global Hub in Singapore, citing regional companies including Carro, Carousell, and ShopBack.
