Private hospital chain operator Columbia Asia issued shares worth $364.6 million last week. The biggest chunk, $181.5 million, went to parent HLT Healthcare Holdings, which is a joint venture between Malaysian conglomerate Hong Leong Group and funds managed by private equity firm TPG.
