Hong Kong-listed conglomerate CK Hutchison Holdings said on Monday it is contemplating a sale of its European perfumeries and cosmetics retailer Marionnaud to a firm founded by Groupe Bogart CEO David Konckier.

BEHN, the potential purchaser, is a company established by Konckier, who is also a major shareholder of French perfume seller Bogart.

No financial detail of the deal was disclosed by any of the parties.

Marionnaud will continue as usual with no change to day-to-day operations, CK Hutchison said.

“With more than 700 stores across France, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Romania and Switzerland, Marionnaud has been a benchmark in the beauty industry for decades,” Bogart separately said in a statement.
