Centuria Property, BlackRock exit Sydney office project, reap top returns

Australian property fund manager Centuria Property Funds and a vehicle managed by global investment manager BlackRock have exited their jointly-owned Zenith office towers in Sydney for “an outstanding result,” per an official announcement.
