Cent raises $15m co-led by Blume

Cent, a preventive health intelligence company, has raised $15 million in its Series A funding round led by Blume Ventures and existing investor South Park Commons, according to an announcement on Tuesday.

The round also saw participation from individual investors such as Arun Sarin, former CEO of Vodafone; Srinivas Narayanan, former CTO (B2B) of OpenAI; Sharath Narayana, Krishna Sridhar and Aprameya Radhakrishna, the startup said in a statement.

The funding will be used for R&D and growing Cent’s AI, engineering and clinical teams, the statement added.

Founded in 2025 by Shashank ND, Arpit Garg and Anshul Khandelwal, Cent is building a full-stack platform of hardware, intelligence and products for early detection of serious illnesses. The company operates centres in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi NCR.

“India’s healthcare system is still built to treat illness, not to find it early. We believe the next shift is preventive care that is precise and accessible at scale. Our first 10,000 scans have shown us how much that shift is needed. This investment lets us go deeper into AI, medical imaging and clinical research, and build preventive health infrastructure in India that can serve the world,” said Anshul Khandelwal, co-founder, Cent.

Cent has also acquired Medsee, an AI-powered radiology reporting platform founded by Chitra Singh. The platform generates structured reports and flags findings for review by qualified radiologists, helping improve reporting speed and consistency as scan volumes increase.

IvyCap leads $14m funding in Live2.ai

Live2.ai, an AI-native social intelligence and commerce activation platform, on Tuesday announced that it has secured nearly $14 million (Rs 130 crore) in its pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures.

The round includes a mix of primary and secondary capital, with the former earmarked for business growth and the latter providing partial liquidity to existing shareholders.

The capital will be deployed to accelerate development of Live2.ai’s agentic intelligence layer, scale its go-to-market for enterprise and global consumer brands, and strengthen its regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and APAC. A sizeable part of the funds will also go towards growing the engineering, data science and customer success teams across North America, Europe, Singapore and India.

Founded by J Venkat (CEO), Neha Suyal (COO) and Yash Arora (CTO), Live2.ai has built an AI-native Social Intelligence OS that listens to brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites, and turns those signals into decisions and action.

Live2.ai serves more than 200 brands across the US, Europe and Southeast Asia, including Henkel’s Schwarzkopf, Salonory, Titan Brands and Shiseido. The company said its revenue grew fourfold over the past 12 months, with international markets accounting for 90% of its revenue.
